Procedure
Please initiate event scheduling with University Host (Susan Mraz, 254.295.4004, smraz@umhb.edu). If there is a sound or audio/visual component to your event, University Host will contact IT and our Media Support Technician will be in touch with your event liaison to confirm your needs and coordinate setup, testing, and support.
